Sliponia's national team brings to the World Cup a relentless scoring attack that relies heavily on the transition offense. Several of the players on this team were/are college/high school All-Sliponians. Look for this team to really rack up the points and advance further than the last WC. Sliponia also has a hosting bid.

OOC: Yes, I use a slightly modified Univerity of Kansas 2004-2005 roster. In regards to Danny Manning, former KU player as well. I used their roster, including office staff, with a few stat changes. Does it matter?

SF - Tyler Kirstoval; 6'0", 175 Lbs, 29 Yrs. Old. Another veteran, he is still quite speedy, but his shooting is getting gradually worse. [5:5] 118

F - Timothy Torvalds; 6'2", 220 Lbs, 21 Yrs. Old. Rookie, but is gradually getting better at the game. Weak offense; strong defense. [4:6] 128

PF - Chris Matthison; 6'7", 345 Lbs, 26 Yrs. Old. Slow, and overweight, he is powerful yet unrefined. With work, could be quite good. [3:7] 138

C - Shizu Mattyiama; 6'11", 250 Lbs, 18 Yrs. Old. Quick, and agile, he could have been the starter - Only Zhao stood in his way. [6:6]

Overall - [61:89]

Lethislavania is a very defensive team, due to it's culture. If the rookies can pull it together, they might be able to go far. Look for Chi Zhao to be a stanout player this year, he is by far the best player in the Commonwealth's history.
