Crazed Marines

Today, Congress ordered the release of Presidential Order 19661. This order states that the nation of "Crazed Marines must create a super soldier capable of inflicting entire divisions of enemy casualities before being incapacitated. Henceforth, I, President Miles, have ordered the creation of the CM Blood Rangers, [CLASSIFIED], and the Spartain Marines. These three units shall become the pinnacle of Special Forces training, and the [CLASSIFIED] units shall be comprised of [CLASSIFIED] men who were previously considered KIA."

The Blood Ranger pictures are currently classified and the third unit shall be declassified in 150 years.
OOC: The classified unit is from what's called Operation Alpha. We have chips implanted in the brains of our Marines. If they're killed, we retrieve the chip and clone them, like in the game Brute Force, from a sample of DNA we take when they join the military. All of this is still classified, of course. And this has been going on for around fifty years now.
