Dear much more experienced heads of nation, my serene republic has found early difficulty in the fact that "The average income tax rate is 47%, but much higher for the wealthy", now wether the latter is problematic, I do not know but I'm pretty sure the former is. Do any of yourselves know of a way of saving my fragile nations' green butt?
