The Free Lands of Ysabol in the Region of Bookcrossing has started an alliance called The Feline Alliance.

Any Nation that has a Feline as the National Animal is Welcome to Join in this Alliance.

Members agree to Enact Laws Protecting any Feline Creature. They may not be Hunted or Killed in any way, Except in Cases where the Animal is in Pain or Diseased. (Addition: Any felines that are in a situation to harm humans, tranquiler darts may be used, and the animal transported to another region, such as cases of Mountain Lions in Cities, etc.)

I am sorry to confuse you further. Princess Tabrizia is, in all aspects, the Co-Leader of our Nation. In the event that i pass away, a new leader, and a new Cat Figurehead will be voted for by the Citizens.

Queen Mirmirsor Sunback, I am sorry to say that our Nation is relatively unbuilt as of yet. We have a few scattered small towns, some roads, and we do have an airport, but it is substandard. We apologize for this problem. We are working on the nation's coffers to start building.

Kittens should never be treated so trivially! The Most Serene Republic of Fluffiette is beyond compare and such measurements are a waste of time, money and resources."

The people of Fluffiette invite all other members of the Feline alliance to reconsider their UN membership in the light of this shocking news.

Exhaustive UN tests involving kittens revealed the following nations to be the most compassionate.

I do not believe the UN engaged in any animal testing in this case. I belive all that was done was observing humans with pet cats to see who was nicer to them. If you can prove that any cats were harmed in any way, we would consider removing ourselves from the UN, but not until then. We can make a greater difference staying in the UN and helping enact new laws, rather than leaving.
