A short time ago in a Galaxy far far far far faar away....
The Trasian people had left the milky way galaxy due to boredom from watching the humans bicker amoungst themselves, they grew sick of it and had decided to leave their home galaxy and go to another through a Transwarp conduit they had created throughout the many years of their Empire's reign, by the year 5022 they had completely left the galaxy and set the transwarp Gate station to self destruct right before they left, severing their ties to their former galaxy.
Even today people would beable to find the ruins of the Trasian cities on the planets of their empire, some could even find lightly armed outposts that where not fully evacuated intime and had to leave some of the equipment behind.
They came to a galaxy with no other races of humanoids, the civilizations where long gone, on one planet they found a strange temple with a large archive, the people who lived there called themselves 'Sith', so years after they had made their foothold in the galaxy they started studies on these old ruins, they found many similar ruins on other planets, they did extensive research on the technology that they had found and started to translate the archives of the temples into old Trasian which was the closest they could get to a readable translation.
The Trasian scientists read of a strange energy called 'The Force' and found that it was in all life, even the Trasians who where not of this strange galaxy had it, they immediatly started studies on this strange energy, trying to allow them to tap into this new energy for themselves.
years later they have some sucess, they found several Trasians who could use it to a degree with some training that the archive provided, some where stronger in some area's then others.
then the TSD decided that they could use these dark teachings, they took a great liking to this 'Dark Art' because it suited the Trasian people, Trasians where inheritly evil, but they could hid it from other races extremly well, but in secret the Trasians had back in their home galaxy took to every dark art they could get their hands on and mastered them with ease.
They did not know anything about 'Good' or 'Compassion' or any positive emotions, all they knew then was their hate, anger, rage, fear and much more dark emotions.
in the year 7012 when the Trasian people where fully into the Dark arts and declared themselves the new Sith they decided to go back to their own Galaxy, but there was no Transwarp Gate where they where, so they had to build it again.
it took 50 years, but in the end Trasian science prevailed, they set the coordinates for where the first Gate was and activated the Transwarp Conduit, that is where this new sega begins...

Onboard the TSF Irronia Grand Admiral Torrok watched as the fleet prepared for the jump through the portal, their ships varied from large Imperator Star Destroyers to the small Lancer Frigates.
The Irronia was a Super Star Destroyer, the flagship of the TSN fleet, he nods to the Captian of the ship and grins.
"Today is the day Captian Jorial, this is the day that the Trasian Star Empire returns, Captian, inform the fleet that we are moving out, prepare themselves for travel through the Trasnwarp Conduit."
Captian Jorial nods and turns to the Comm officer working at a console down in the pit beside them.
"Inform the fleet that we are moving out, tell all ships to travel through the Gate and secure the area around the Portal after they go through."
The young comm officer nods and relays the orders to the fleet.
Meanwhile the fleet receives their orders and begin to move through the gate.
