In the East Pacific, Despots runs the many nations of the continent and many have been arrested in the process, I, the President and part of the religous concil have decided that reform will have to be provoked. Any democratic country who doesnt have a record of politcal arrests should join my cause and together instill a democracy in the Eastern Pacific!!! Let there be freedom!!!
