OOC: I will assume everybody is seated already
On Atlantic-Island.
The Accord Hall – A huge reflecting dome – was perhaps one of the wonders of Allanean architecture and the sole architectural wonder of the Island. Today, after a pause of quite a few years, the Accord was meeting again. The first speaker, of course, was Alexander Kazansky, founder of the Accord.
He coughed, surveying the visitors.
Good day, Gentlemen!
Many of you were members of the Ali’Staan Accord – now simply the Black Accord – in earlier days. Today, we are renaming the Accord – due to certain diplomatic problems with the Five Kingdoms, and our desire to maintain diplomatic independence. Also, we are re-signinig the Accord, updating it in regards to copyright on weaponry in order to fit the lates international law standards. [OOC: http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Black_Accord ]
Today we will be discussing the Accord’s future. It’s role in a changing world. It’s policies. It’s perspectives. I do not attempt today to bend you to my opinion. Rather, I will listen to yours. Ladies and gentlemen, again, good day.
And Alexander Kazansky steps away from the mike, lending the floor to the next speaker.
