Today, we have to announce a great event: the return of none other than President Alexander Kazansky.

Friends! Citizens! Allaneans!
Today, I return to you – officially. I will not be assuming my full duties, as, under the conditions of the various treaties you are aware of, they are being filled – quite well, I may note –by the King of Allanea, Napoleon de Sanglant. I will perform some minor duties in the ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ali’Staan Accord.
Today, I am happy to announce that California and Alaska has joined our glorious alliance. Today, I announce General Marcus Vaughter of the Californian Federation Army the Military Affairs Minister of the Accord. Furthermore, I invite all members of the Ali’Staan Accord to a conference in Port-Allanea.
Allaneans, we have been defeated, we have been ruined. But despite all, we have clung to our freedom, and Lady Liberty saved us – for we have been faithful to her. As long as we are free, we will never be truly defeated. May God Bless Allanea
