The Fleet slowly entered though one of the dragon Eyes in the field, it was a odd star system, surrounded entirely by astroids which refleted sensors, the only way in were two holes in the field where a commet went through, the only reason the fleet found it was a scout ship ahead of them accident flying into one of the eyes, the Guardian Nation of Duct Tape(Named after it's cheif export for some reason) They had to abandon their old planet due to it somehow being tore apart by a messed up gravity well near by, they lost a lot of men and women, but they got the fleet out in time.

Now they werecomming to their new home, The Fleet decided on the 5th planet for landing and landed. The president exited the large BattleShip First along with his advisors, after the government was off, the Presidents Guardsmen ran out and took guard around him, then some Engineeers an and the Contstruction Corps came out, and began working on Small Buildings


After Several weeeks, all the ships were unloaded and mining camps jutted the area, while mining ships began mining the astroid belt withen the system. Some of the Fleet was still on the ground, where the surviving population lived while the construction core built small Cities. Each ship had a small Construction Cops Contingent and the ships on the ground were each placed where a city would go. Houses were built along witht he large captital building.

It would take a while but this was their new home.

Even their best scientists couldn't explained the feild, the best theory was that it was placed there, but for what reason.

The new cities were growing ike weeds and some starbases were began at each eye, and even a small resource facilty ws set up to support the abundant amounts of resoursces comming in. the ships were finially cleared of civilians, mulltible orbital stations were being contructed. So far noone had come into the system through the eyes, some had been detected neer the feild but it just though it was a astroid feild

President Stevensen was proud as he sat in his desk in the capital, growing by the day.

Everthing was gooin' preety good util the system reseived a ditress call:
"This is Battle-Star Defender to anyone who can hear me! MAYDAY!!MAYDAY!!
We're at coordinates 102N by 844 W by 789D, anyone, please send help!
The Nomads have destroyed Earth and are........." Only three capitol ships remained of the once great Fleet of Kriegher, Battle-Star Avenger, Battle-Star Defender, and Super Star Destroyer Intimidator. All of them were very badly damaged and only the Avenger had an operational Jump-Drive.

Stevenson Turned around to face the comm, some distreses cal was comming in from outside, he quickly sent a scout ship to take a look and waited, after a few seconds a signal came in from the Scout, it showed 3 farley large ships, spewing gasses on all of them, he pressed his comunicator on his wrist.

"Control this is Stevenson,"
"Yes sir?" Said the voice of a young cadet
"Send the Fearless, Blade Runner and decorner, to bring in those 3 ships..."
Stevensen Groaned as he saw the site, hundreds of ships came out of nooware on the screen,
"President?" the cadet Interupted
"PREP THE FLEET NOW, and get every availible ship worthy of combat, out their, we have a problem"
"yes sir"
He tapped his wristcomm once again

"ALL Crew Red alert, Initiate Planet Defense shields"

As he gave the order, hundreds of sheild projectors around the planet, just developed came online and started powering

At the Eyes, ships flew out as fast as possible, Even the Fleets flagship, the Yamato-Kia, a Soverign Battle Ship Mk 5, it went out first and flew past the 3 shipsfloating slowly twords lands unknown, the Gigantic battle SHip flew twords the huge fleet comming in, to compare even the enemy fleets biggest ships where small, it engaged, firing 100 Karabava Missles, one after another, the enemies went down, ships krippled, then behind the huge battleship, apeeared several Komodo Dragon Cruisers Mk 10 they toook it hand to hand with close combat, these good size ships had high force manuaverbly and nice phasers.
At the edge of the battle field the 4 Shark Mouth Carriers MK 2 launched 90 Shark Teeth Fighters Mk 3 and they flew in, distracting the enemies as ships flew in from the System eyes.

The 3 ships kept floating along twords the astroid field these unusauly stong helpers came from. Then Came 3 Tractor Ships Mk1 they each were equiped with a strong Tractor Beam, and even Pull Cables, Before they engaged their tractor beams , they put through a transmission from The President

"The Guardian Nation Of Duct Tape at your service, prepare to be towed into the dragons eye Star System, we'll bring you into Service Station Geronamo on the 5th planet, and don't worry about the fight, we got the best Captains, and pilots availible"

"This is General Wallace of the Intimidator!! Thank you!!"
The tractor ships slowly towed what was left of the Kriegher civilization to the station.
"Get a transport ready, Lt." the General Sed "I want to meat the man that saved our people"
The Lamba shuttle landed on the capitol. General Wallace and his personal guard aproached the capitol biulding.
In the presidents office "I would like to thank your nation for saving my people" Wallace started "But I must warn you, If you harbor my people in your system, you will have the largest, most deadly fleet ever assambled at you door. An enemy that over took the enire Sol system in a matter of hours.
Although, when my fleet is operational, our joint militaries should be enough to protect this land for a substantial amount of time. We might even win againt these Nomads."

Stevenson, shifted in his chair.

"Do not worry, withen a year we will have, ship production at its most, evcen earlier, and our fleet is the finist in the known worlds, and according to our fleet reportsds these guys have weak weapons, and if you got destroyed by them, then i'm sorry to say your weapons are weak, Don't worry though we will help you inprove..."


.... With that they began discussing what planets to take and what stations to build, They were to take the 6th planet and a few others. they decided on building a joint ship yard, a huge one allowing for construction of miniships in some bays, while large ones were constructed also, they also decided to bring their scientist together to began working on combinining techs...

On the other side of the eyes, the fleet wiped out the remanents of the attackers and made its way back, 8 ships in total, were destroyed on Duct-tapes side, 6 of them fighters
, not a single causalty

"Exellent idea.But you are to sure of yourself. These Nomads destroyed the home system of the human race with one ship and one missile. This fleet that we faced was low on supplies and personel, the weapons you saw were training weapons. They also have the atvantage of mind control, although they are still developing it. Thank you, though, for your generous hospitality. I hope that our cultures can learn from each other and prosper together."
With that said, the General luanched for his flagship, the Intimidator, to rest up and check on the status of his fleet."Launch one of the pre-fabricated
space stations oround our new home" the base was mainly for research, but it had repairing sapibilities and a medical facility. "Get our best scientist to figure out how the hell the Nomads de-acvtivated our shields!!"

Stevenson shifted in his chair, Mind control, training weapons, what next, he ordered some ships to watch the outskirsts under cloak, then he sent a couple construction ships over to his new allies Planets to help them build up, the system was safefor now, as Stevenson went to sleep that night

The great void of Space glittered like diamonds on black velvet, each star polished to perfection.

"Bugger, not one star has gone nova since we went quiet..."

A man in a greyish uniform stood on the Bridge of the Ardent Pacifist, an Outer Heaven Super Destroyer. Spanning 15KM in legth and 2.7KM in width, and armed to the teeth, the Ardent Pacifist was not a ship to be trifled with.

"Lt., give me an update on the...'Snake Ey-"

"Sir, it's called the 'Dragon Eyes'..."

"Quiet you! I said Dragon eyes!"

"Yes sir..."

The man turned around.

"Well?"

The Lt. looked up.

"Nothing out of the ordinary sir, just a few str...wait a minute. Sir?"

"Yes?"

"I thought the Dragon Eyes were uninhabited."

"They are you daft fool!"

"Then why are there structures and lifeforms on the fifth planet?"

"Be-...what?"

"Sensors are detecting a large settlement...along with ships!"

The man bit his lip.

"Order the ship to Attack Mode...and Helm, move us in."

"Yes sir..."

The man then sat down in his Bridge Chair.

They better be allies of Outer Heaven, or they're going to regret meeting Captain Jax Rorus...

The sublight engines roared as they started up. The Ardent Pacifist quickly gained speed, and began to head through a Dragon Eye...

"Sir, we've detected warships on our long-range scanners!!" a young Lt. yelled
"Class?" General Wallace asked nervously
"Unkown, but big"
"Send out the Intimidator check it out, and prepare the Defender"
While the SSD Intimidator was an imperesive ship, it apeared that it had an equally large adversary.
"Prepare all hangers for launch"
"Yessir"
"Notify Duct-Tape, and hail oncoming ships"
"This is the flagship of the Kriegher Navy to unidentified ships, who are you and what is your porpuse for being here?"
"Put this ship in the eye and keep it there"
"President Steve?!! Plug up the other eye!!"
