The Proletarian Revolution is relaunched!

Proletarian Revolution

Images cycle across the screen of soldiers, tanks and military equipment passing through the main streets of Proletarian Prime, the capital city of the Socialist Citizen's Republic of Proletarian Revolution. Crowds cheering.
The narrator, a female, was commentating on the spectacle being broadcasted to over a billion homes across Proletarian controlled areas and to an even wider audience worldwide.

"As you can see, the glorious Proletarian Revolutionary Army has saved the revolution once again! Citizen Malos, the first leader ever of our revolution has been returned to power and the former traitorous government has fled. Those whom stayed including the evil Citizen President Valon are in captivity awaiting trial for their crimes. Unlike many of their victims, they are being given the excellent treatment as is afforded to all prisoners awaiting the judgement of the people.
Rumor has it that many of the prisoners are close to repenting their previous transgressions."

A male narrator cut in.

"That is correct Citizen Josephine, the rumors go so far as to say that the former president himself has broken down in remorse and regret for his crimes against the people.
And this just in, the new Citizen President Malos is about to address the people from the Proletarian Republican Palace...."

Camera cuts to Citizen Malos, speaking from a podium to world press congregated in the Great Hall of the People inside the Proletarian Republican Palace.

"Citizens! Brothers! Sisters! We have accomplished much in sweeping away the former Proletarian government. But we have much to do still.
The previous government was a travesty and an impure plague that would sweep away the virtues of Proletarianism. Karl Marx said himself that the workers would rise up against the capitalist oppressors and form a 'Dictatorship of the Proletariat'; a socialist authority that would cleanse the population of capitalist impurities and sweep away the influence of the bourgeoisie! In theory, according to Marx, the state would wither away and everyone would live freely under a communist society.
No offense to Marx, but he only got it half right. Human nature prevents us from achieving his Communist dream and so we as limited humans, only slightly above the apes, must realise and maintain the first part. We as Proletarians shall sweep away capitalist and bourgeois influence and establish that 'Dictatorship of the Proletariat'; only the end goal is different.
Instead of seeking out some whimsical, anarchical and fictional society; we shall create a state dedicated to being a steward, a government that looks after the people and the workers, that forces equality and egalitarianism for the benefit of mankind. It is imperfect, I know, but it is the best way forward.
And it was this best way forward that the former President Valon wished to destroy by implementing his weak and un-proletarian reforms of democracy, economic liberalisation and compromise with the capitalist nations!
How foolish he was.
As my first acts following my return to power, I will initiate a grand series of efficiency reforms to the state services and economic bureau; export standards in industry will rise, wages will increase, the workers will be happy!
In defense, we will rebuild the army they so wantonly destroyed and shall redevelope our defunct and outdated nuclear weapons systems. The Proletariat will be protected.
In foriegn policy, we will be aggressive in our attacks on the capitalists. Our operatives will spread across the Earth and beyond in our quest to depose the old orders! Proletarianism can no longer be as insular as it once was. I can say only this to the world, we are back!"

Citizen Malos punched the air above him in the manner of a revolutionary. He turned around, stepped down from the podium and left the room followed by his administrative entourage.
