There is a popular story of stupidity in Falastur, describing one wannabe bank-robber who came across a problem when he attempted to hold up a bank which required a credit card or some sort of proof of identity before the cash registers could be opened. In a hurry to make off with his cash fast, he gave the bank attendant at the booth he approached his credit card, confirming his details as he did it.

The man was arrested at his home, twenty minutes later.
