Oliverrian minister of Sports coming to the stand for a press conference:

OMoF: Hi media representers. Today, me and my deputy ministers wanted to do something to help this sports that seems falling. All of them were playing solitaire on their computers when someone shouted: I have the idea! We just have to organize a World cup. But, someone answered: I calculated it and it would put the nation is bankruptcy. But I'm not here to say the story. I'm here to say that we are officially organizing an American Football world cup. But, we figured out some different rules since it's a world cup:
-2 halves of 15 minutes instead of 4 quarters of 15 minutes
-only need 25 players in uniform instead of 40.
-3 games per week

It will be a round-robin/playoff tournament with 16 nations participating. They will be separated in 4 groups of 4. Each team will play once against each team of his group. The two firsts of each group advances to Quarter-Finals. Like in league's games, there can't be tie games. If there is an equalty in the group, the teams' ranking will be decided by the differencial of Points for/points against. If there is again an equalty, teams' ranking will be decided by the team that did the most amount of points.

To decide who will be playing against who in the playoffs, they will be drawn so there will not be any average advantage in there. The winner of the final will win the NS bowl.

"We will by now accept any bid for the hosting of NS Bowl II. And, to be fair, Oliverry won't be able to host the NS Bowl II. If a nation hosts the NS Bowl II, he won't be able to host NS Bowl III and so on."

Oliverry inaugures new stadium!

Today, Oliverrian authorities were, in company of the Prime minister Sam Gagnon, inaugurating the new stasium. This new stadium can host 100 000 places and has a pyramidal form.
