Another reigon, which at least five or six people, no less. Otherwise, it;s rather like Nazi Germany invading Belgium : No fun.
You make a good point, but we need more UN Members that are not on the high Council, most of the UN Members are on the High Council and they have a big part in the Region so they can't leave to invade a Region, but again you make a good point, Get more UN Members to join our Region and then we can Invade bigger Regions.

I might know someone who is a UN Member but I don't knowif she will leave her region.
