Notes: The POS COM-8 represents the forefront of The PNNS’s Aerial defense force. It is deployed in four fighter flight groups that function as efficient tactical units. Each unit is equipped with a portion of a distributed tactical AI system that allows the fighter to fight independent of human intervention. The AI functions over tight beam, secure, radio transmissions among the fighters, the system is incredibly hard to jam or scramble, but in the event of a malfunction or other problem, each fighter is equipped with a simple ‘search and destroy’ protocol that gives it the limited ability to prevent missile locks, dodge incoming fire and engage single enemy fighters. The ‘Raptor’ was developed for low cost, and fast deployment, it is a first line of defense fighter. Each fighter can easily be maintained by a single dedicated mechanic. It is recommended that each four fighter group have one remote overseer to liase with other fighter groups in an engagement.

what do you think? reasonable? useful? I pretty much stole the stats of the Northrop F-8 and modified it, just floatin it to catch a response so i can start some sort of defense force, i did a lot of research and believe that in RL, fighters with close to these stats could be in full productin in the next ten years Send me a TG with ideas on improvments for the idea
