The Constitution of The Region: Sector 7G

Herein is stated the rules and guidelines in which the member nations of Sector 7G shall agree to live by.

I. All member nations are free to govern their nations, and the people within said nations, in whatever manner they choose, without interference from the Sector 7G region's other member nations or government.

II. Sector 7G will not accept as member nations the following types of nations: Nazi or race supremest based nations, nations whos sole purpose is the interference or overthrowing of active governments, nations who exist only to recruit for other regions, or spies from other regions.

III. Sector 7G's UN Delegate must vote within the UN in accordance with the majority of our member nations who are UN members. Elections will be held in the elections forum, and will be moderated by the UN Delegate and The Minister of Internal Affairs. In the event of a tied vote, the UN Delegate will receive an additional vote, thereby deciding the election.

IV. Any member nations may move to change the policies or procedures of Sector 7G and it's government, using the following process:
1. The member nation must propose the change or addition to a member of the High Council.
2. At least two members of the High Coucil must endorse the proposal. These High Council members do not need to support the proposal, but do need to recognize it as a valid suggestion.
3. Member nations, including members of the High Council, will vote on the proposal in the elections forum. These elections will be moderated by The Minister of Internal Affairs. If a majority of voting nations vote for the proposal, it will be enacted in a timely manner. In the event of a tie, the members of the High Council will each receive one additional vote. If the election is still held to a tie, the Founder, or in his absense, the UN Delegate, will receive an additional vote, thereby deciding the election.

V. The High Council will be appointed by the Founder, and will remain in power until Sector 7G reaches a population of 20 or more nations. Upon reaching 20 nations, elections will be held. These elections will be moderated by The Minister of Internal Affairs. Elections will be held monthly after the first elections, using the same format, unless positions are uncontested. In the event of a vacated position, the Founder will assume their responsibility until the next election period.

VI. The High Council will comprise of the following positions:
1. Founder
2. UN Delegate
3. Minister of Internal Affiars
4. Minister of Defense
5. Minister of International Development
6. Minister of Foreign Relations
7. Cheif Advisor to The High Council

VII. The UN Delegate will be elected by endorsements of member nations, as stated by NationStates. Other members of the High Council may not accept the Position of UN Delegate. If no UN Delegate is in place, and no member nation will accept the position, the Founder will assume the responsibilities of the UN Delegate. During this time, the Founder will step down from the High Council, and remain neutral until the position of UN Delegate can be filled.

VIII. The member nations of Sector 7G will not attempt to overthrow or sabotage other active governments, except at wartime, as declared by The Minister of Defence, the Founder, and at least two other members of the High Council.

IX. Member nations are free to leave Sector 7G at any time, for any reason, without chance of retaliation by any member nation of Sector 7G.

X. Member nations are not allowed to knowingly engage in any act which is intentionally harmful to Sector 7G, or any of it's member nations.
