The Region of Dostanuot Loj is open only to nations who agree to abide by all rules and clauses laid out in the Dostanuot Loj Pact. And all nations wishing to join must pass an interview with tha Ruling Nation of Dostanuot Loj.
Dostanuot Loj Regional Pact:
All nations accecpted into the Dostanuot Loj region hereby acceccpt and agree to follow all regulations set down by the pact.
Clause 1: Armment Trade
All Nations producing weapons within the Pact agree to a Thirty Percent (30%) discount of prices when selling said weapons to another Pact Member Nation.
Clause 2: Mutual Protection
All Nations within the Pact agree that in times of war, civil unrest, terrorism, or natural disaster happening in any Pact Member Nation, all other Nations in the Pact will imediatly come to that Nations aid.
Clause 3: Free Trade
All Nations within the Pact agree to Free Trade of goods and services with and among all other Pact Member Nations. Free Trade is defined in this Pact as; Trade without Tarifs, Taxes, Restrictions of any kind, and allowing a discount of Ten Percent (10%) of prices among Pact Member Nations.
Clause 4: Military Cooperation
All Pact Member Nations agree that in times of war or turmoil where Clause 2 of the Pact is invoked, all nations involved will have complete control of their own armed forces. As well, all Pact Member Nations agree to total cooperation with other Pact Member Nations in Military operations.
Clause 5: Technology and Education Clause
All Pact Member Nations agree to share Technology with and among all other Pact Member Nations. As well, all Pact Member Nations agree to share Educational standards, Scientific, and Artistic enterprises with and among all other Pact Member Nations, through the chreation and existance of an International Intellect Counsule, whose sole responsibility os to the Dostanuot Loj Pact, and no outside Nation unless directly ordered by the Senate (See Clause 6).
Clause 6: Regional Senate
Leaders of All Pact Member Nations are allowed the Right of membership to the Regional Senate, where matters concerning the Region, outside world, alliances, and all other matters pertaining to the Pact. All Pact Member Nations are also given the right to one elected or appointed Senate Delegate who will have the ability to vote on all issues. All Pact Member Nations agree that that Nation of Dostanuot Loj, and it's Ruler have supreme authority in the Senate, and reserve the right of Majority Power. Majority Power to be defined as; the ability to Veto any decsion voted upon by the Senate and passed, as well as break any ties encountered among the voting process.
Clause 7: International
All Pact Member Nations agree to respect all alliances agreed upon by the Regional Senate, and enforce all alliances, treaties, sanctions and other international acts agreed upon by the Regional Senate.
Clause 8: Rights of Humans and Animals
All Pact Member Nations agree to treat all animals humanely, and not to cause extinction of any animal, native or otherwise, unless absolutly nessecary for the survival of other ife in the Region, and as agreed by in the Regional Senate. Likewise, all Humans are to be considred equil, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ability or status.
Viloation of any or all of these clauses will result in imediate ejection from the pact, as well as the possibility of further action.
