The Great Czar of Russkie Lyudi has finally seen fit to extend his hand to the international community. Our government has recently recruited and trained five ambassadors to work individual nations who would like to commence diplomatic negotiations. All nations are welcome to accept the Great Czar's generous offer. New ambassadors are being trained as we speak and we hope to accommodate fifty nations by the end of the next few months.
