Have a credited Football/Soccer referee that you would like to be eligible to ref World Cup 19 Qualifying Matches? Post them in this thread. The Top Refs will be selected by the hosts to take control of the World Cup Finals. You do not need to be entered in the World Cup to have a ref accepted for competition. Any nations not entered in the world cup are encouraged to submit their referees for approval, and are more than welcome to contribute to the competition when their ref's are selected for a match.


Please Include a style ranking such as [1:5]

1-9 for the first number meaning Strictness to the rules, 9 being Strict, 1 being lenient

1-9 for the second number meaning ability to call a match fairly / make the right calls based on their previous style - 9 being Fairest, 1 being Unfair/Bad Calls

Ahmed Ruhamanan: Ahmed is a very strict, very fair refree, he also was a apprentice in the last world cup and he also without any concern finished the Hiiraan FA season and regulated the final. he is 9:8

Yusuf Mohamed: He also was an apprentice last yeqar in the world cup and he aslo with an invatation from bedistan regulated pre-world cup match, he is very valued in Hiiraan but he falls short in te fair side with only a 7, but he is commonly very strict, he is a 9:7

Giant Zucchini sends Lokina from the Giant Zucchini Premier League.

Known throughout Giant Zucchini as one of the fairest referees in the League, Lokina gets a rating of 5:9.

From IANSISLE comes the famous ALABASTER MONTE. Mr Monte is actually famous for his hockey refereeing during Iansisle's Cherry Cup runs; however he has decided to try his hand at football. Mr Monte doesn’t know most of the rules and will not punish many infractions, simply because he does not know they happened.

Every now and then he will call a side for icing or attempt to send a player to a nonexistent penalty box; however, as this tends to happen evenly to both teams, Mr Monte can be considered at least relatively fair.

Alabaster Monte (Iansisle): [1:6]

The Association for the Sports World of One Red Dot (aSWORD) sends in Ray Ferry. He has refereed many of the finals matches in the Royal Red Dot League and many have called on him to conduct a fair decision. This is first time refereeing an international match. His rating is 7:9

Audioslavia will send Mark Wallace (5:5) and Carl Delaney (7:8)

NEWI Cefn Druids this time sends Trevor Seacombe [1:3]. However, he isn't approved by the FANCD. He got the position by accident after a mix up at the job centre meant that referee from last time Trevor Wilson has ended up as a market trader. Seacombe has a distinct smell of weed about him, though no-one's ever caught him with any. Yet.

At the risk of severe punishment, I've posted this in the scores thread - and all other WC XIX threads - because Matchday 1 Scores got screwed up. It isn't really important why - what is important is that the Co-Hosts post a notice in all the WC XIX threads telling all participants that Matchday 1 had to be scratched, and done again. I think that post should also include the 2nd, real, results of Matchday 1.

Olaf Axewielder will return. With the same ratings. Which I can't be bothered to look up.
