1. Mirkai and Allanea will reaffirm their previous agreements related to a prohibition on human-eating within the territory of Allanea.
2. Allanea will keep a Battle Group of the Allanean Stellar Navy in orbit above Mirkai to assure the better defense of the latter.
3. Mirkai will join the PIVO.
4. Mirkai will send trainers to Allanea to train Allanean troops in the use of personal flight equipment.
5. Allanea and Mirkai will lower all import tariffs on each other's exports to zero.

On Behalf of The Great Aerie Of Mirkai, As Spoken By His Honor Serian Draies: The Great Aerie considers it an honor to participate in this mutual friendship treaty with The Libertarian Kingdom of Allanea. We give our official agreement to the terms listed above, and the Allanean government is free to propose modifications to these terms if they wish.
His Honor would also like to congratulate the Allanean people on their acceptance of a species which could be considered alien by some, and perhaps even ghastly by others. He, and the Great Aerie, would like to express their most heartfelt gratitude, and hope that this new peace will bring a greater understanding of both Mirkanian and Allanean alike.

The thing is, this all evolved out of some bizzare IC/OOC ether that takes place between me and Allanea on IRC, and this thread was just to make it canon, so to speak. Just to clarify, the post I've made here is far below what I'd consider an acceptable standard of work for myself under typical circumstances. And Allanea, perhaps this would've been better off in International Incidents?))

We welcom the Great Aerie as a friend and ally. Attached please find a tape of Beatles music, our gift to Serian Draies, the leader of Mirkai. Also attached is a high-quality custom AR-15 rifle and 1,000 rounds of ammunition. The rifle is partially silver-plated and engraved with the words: "From the people of Allanea to King Draies."
