Operation Solomon [Closed, ATTN: Ancient and Holy Terra]
Jonathan Collins, PIVO Agent 45456, looked down at the shores of Ancient and Holy Terra. He hasn't been there for a long time - probably since the Fourth Edolian War, he thought. Today, he was there on a different mission. Some called it revenge. He liked to call it charity.
With him, in a large binder, he carried copies of what PIVO called the Mercury Reports. Information on the inhuman "experiment" the Triumvirate and its friends were carrying out on Mercury - with 100 million human guinea pigs.
When he thought of it, thought Collins, Farragut made Mengele look like a good guy.
Today, they started moving on the way towards payback.
The Stephen Harper-class AV touched down on a roof in the Terran capital. On the helipad, Terran representatives awaited.

A man dressed in a plain black suit walked towards Mr.Collins. Two bodyguards...armed with Allanean Assault Rifles, incidentally, guarded the rooftop access door. The man held out his hand as he reached the PIVO operative.
"Mr.Collins?" he asked, stepping up to the agent. "My name is Jyou Kido. I'm PIVO's point man in the Republic of Ancient Terra. I appreciate you coming to meet with us on such short notice...hopefully, our participation in PIVO will always go this smoothly."
He paused for a second, considering his words. "I understand that you have something to pass onto us? We might want to get off of the roof...Terra is an extremely safe nation, but there's no reason to tempt the odds."
Collins grinned as he surveyed the AAR-36 rifles carried by his hosts. "I see you have equipped yourself by the latest and best. Good call."
"As to your subject, yes. We brought interesting information. Very interesting. Perhaps we should, indeed, dicuss it in a room".
He then proceeds to follow the Terran.

Mr. Kido grinned as well as they walked through the door, followed by the two guards. They descended down two flights of steps before they boarded and elevator and were whooshed down another 20 stories to the 118th story of the massive Terran Integrated Intelligence Services Headquarters in Tellerus, Terra's capital. They walked down two corridors, and through at least three security checks, Mr. Kido making small-talk with his Allanean counterpart as they went. Finally, he slid a keycard into a doorlock. It beeped and flashed green, and he turned the handle and stepped into a comfortable-looking meeting room.
"Please take a seat, Mr. Collins. I apologize for all of the security checks, but we've got quite a few detained terrorists in the lower levels of this building, and there've been a couple of attempts by radicals to free them."
He placed his hands on the table and examined his fingers. "So, what brings you here today, Mr. Collins? We recieved the latest PIVO update less than 3 hours ago via our secure network lines...is this something that couldn't go out over our network?"
Collins nods sadly. "I am not worried about the information that I bring - it presents a problem already widely known. However, I am here to discuss a probable solution. That is something I would not trust to digital media."
He pushes the papers across the desk, silently. "The problem we are looking at, Mr. Kido, is a war crime at galactic scale. You might think I'm exaggerating. Perhaps those documents would convince you otherwise."

Silently, Mr. Kido took the papers and read them, the look of composure degrading into disgust as he read further down the page. His objection to the material became more and more pronounced until he finally set the papers down and looked Mr. Collins straight in the eye.
"There's no justification for this, Mr.Collins! How is it that the International Community is allowing the Federation of Sentient Peoples to get away with this? This..." he gestured at the paper in front of him "...is despicable. Millions of men, women, and children, being used as test subjects?"
Collins shrugs: "You tell me. About one hundred million men, women, and children is my estimate, actually. My guess is that when you have enough pull and connections, you can do this kind of thing.
I have a better question. What is to be done about it?"

OOC: Apparently Allanea bought the info off of Revenia. As stated in the previous version, I apologize for missing that part. I was more concerned with jump from not watching to having, but as you said, that was covered.
OOC: FSP is allied to several Trium members. And I know the names of the nations involved and the fact they (possibly) have troops there, since Revenia IC sold me copies of the "classified" documents from 'The Rocks Will Cry Out'.

(ooc: Furthermore, Beserker, this is a closed RP. I'm completely aware of the political and military realities out-of-character. Allanea and I have agreed to go through with this exchange merely as a test of the efficiency of PIVO in relaying information.
You want to take it up with Allanea, that's fine, but don't do it in here. Interrupting the flow of an RP just so you can throw pebbles isn't good etiquette.
P.S: I apologize if I come across as being harsh, but this is yet another RP where somebody has interrupted it to point out something trivial, operating on a (I suspect) personal agenda. Some people don't like Allanea. I get it. But if I choose to roleplay with him, then that's my decision.)
IC:
"Well, Mr. Collins, I can't presume to speak for the Terran government...but clearly, this "Interdiction Field" has to be taken down or circumvented, otherwise mounting a rescue operation will be impossible."
He paused for a second, pouring himself a glass of water from the pitcher on the table. "I assume you're working on a method of getting past the FTL restrictions?"
"Oh, indeed, indeed." Collins is obviously getting slightly agitated as he hears of the matter. "We have recently built an FTL-blocking generator that imitates the field at Mercury. At the very least, it's good defensive technology." smiles the spy.
"On the other hand, we can use it to experiment with transportation without getting into any trouble at Mercury. What's more, we know one other thing - certain nations have already developed such means. So it's certainly possible."
