The Allanean-Terran Friendship Treaty

1. The Libertarian Kingdom of Allanea and the Republic of Ancient and Holy Terra will reaffrim their frienship and mutual aid relations.

2.The Libertarian Kingdom of Allanea will give the Republic five billion Allanean Dollars annually, to be spent on Allanean military equipment and services only.

3. Reaffirming the sentiments expressed above, the restoration of the Kotia Islands will be subcontracted to Allanean companies.

4. The Republic of Ancient and Holy Terra guarantees it will not join the Union of Socialist Republics

5. Both nations will abolish import taxes and tariffs on each other's goods.

6. Terra will remove Allanea from their "BlackWatch" listing.

7.Allanea will remove Terra from SS-45

8. The Republic of Ancient and Holy Terra will join the PIVO treaty.

9. A student exchange will be established betwen the Republic and Allanea

The Republic of Ancient Terra has agreed to this treaty after having seen that true democratic electoral procedures have been followed in Allanea, and that there is no opposition to the winning party taking power. We have always wished for a better relationship with the great nation of Allanea, and hope that this treaty is one more move towards healing the massive gap that still exists between our two nations. We hope that Allanea will value this treaty as much as the people of the Republic of Ancient Terra will, and wish them good luck in any future endeavours.

We intend to follow this treaty to the letter, and have begun drafting legislation to immediately put these measures into effect. Starting one month from now, all import taxes on Allanea goods will be abolished.
