The zip file I have attached contains the intro(s) to my Empire--sort of. The intros are too big to be quoted here. I apologize if this post or attachment is too vague.

In a nutshell:
The empire used to be great, but was devastated by The Republic of Yuri. This took place on another forum. Basically, we do have advanced technology, but they're "leftovers" from a long-gone era. Production of this stuff is actually at zero, we're too busy trying to rebuild our nation/population, maintaining the current stuff after the war.
