TRANSMISSION FROM THE EMPIRE OF DANITH:

The Empire of Danith recently enacted a resolution to create an orbital shipyard for the construction of long distance space exploration vessels and wepons platforms to protect from asteroids and things of that nature. The designs are already in place, but the Empire would greatly appreciate any help or tecnology that other Nations would be willing to offer. In return the Empire has many new metal alloys and interesting tecnology it would be willing to share. This would allow for increased space exploration and possible colonization of outerlying planets. We look forward to assistance, and a new and brighter tomorrow.

The Nation of Sarafim would gladly fund this project. We can offer practicly unlimited funding, all we wish to have in return is a few orbital defense systems and maybe (if possible) transport ships, not the civilian kind either. We would gladly appreciate your acceptance.

The Empire greatly appreciates your assistance. Due to your funding, we expect the shipyards to be finished in 1 to 2 years (OOC: 1-2 days). By that time we would expect figures of the cost of the ships, and designs, also please specify the type of orbital platforms you would like. The Cost of the ships is that important to me, all i realy need them to be is heavily armored against heat. They should be able to hold about 30 large men each. They need speed and minor weaponry, i can offer only limited weapons tech, as i am not very militarily advanced yet. And for the orbital platforms, i need anti-ship weapons and long range radar, i would also like to have them relay communications on a secure channel. I greatly appreciate your cooperation.
