The Richest people in (your country here)
Just put down your richest citizens (with worth in US$) from 1 to 5. 1 being obsecenely and horribly wealthy; 5 just being rich. As well, you might want to put down where they got their money from.
1. Her Illuminated Highness Princess Rachel Amyn Black II. (Razael Johnovnya Bloch)
Worth: Lots. Lots and lots. More than 37 billion, at last estimate. And she earned it all on her own. Well, except the money she gets just for being a princess.
Where's the money?: Princess. Chief Executive Officer of the Imperial Trading Guild. Shareholder in Amalgamated Derricks Mining and Roanian Arms. Legally owns her own small island (chain).
2. Sir Ivan Kroklenvitch.
Worth: 25 billion US$+
Where's the Money?: President/Majority Shareholder of Roanian Arms, the proud sponsors of the Imperial Military-Industrial Complex.
3. Tsar Daniel Edwards Black (Danyel Johnovitch Bloch)
Worth: 11 billion US$+
Where's the money?: Tsar. Nuff-said. Of course, he puts all his money in a big box. Which is itself put in a bigger box.
4. ArchDuke Ivan Ivanovitch Darquis
Worth: 9 billion US$+
Where's the money?: ArchDuke of Derricks; CEO of Amalgamated Derricks Mining.
5. Danyel Hyashuv

[OOC: I still don't know how to put down their worth without seeming like I'm number wanking. At least three of these guys are worth more than some planets...let alone some nations...]
1. Dave Bivens
http://67.18.37.14/129/44/upload/p357.jpg
Worth:
Where's the Money? President/CEO of Bivens Inc., the largest, richest, and most successful corporation in the history of the Orion Sector. From Starships and warheads, to holodecks and carpets, Bivens Inc. makes, does, owns, and sells everything. Dave is also Praetor and Owner of the Planet Bivens, which is mostly a haven for business. Lastly, he is the Emperor-to-be following the Civil War.
2. Lucius Scipio Castor Sejanus
http://67.18.37.15/237/117/upload/p115.jpg
Worth:
Where's the Money? As Bivens Inc. has a monopoly on government and military vehicles (including speeders, starships, transports, etc.), Sejanus' inherited Mercedes-Benz Company has an enormous monopoly on civilian transports and ships. Over 99% of the vehicles flown in the sector are of Mercedes-Benz design. That, tied with enormous amounts of family money and the fact that he is the Intelligence Director of the Empire, the best paying job in the government after Emperor, makes him the second richest man in the Sector.
3. Emperor Alexander Nemerov
http://67.18.37.14/43/101/upload/p1.gif
Worth:
Where's the Money? Nemerov is the Emperor of one of the most powerful and most economically dominant Star Empires ever. He has also held this position for around 40 years. He also has benefited from the Bivens Inc. monopoly on the market and has formed an illegal agreement with NiMBUS Biotechnologies which has only improved his wealth. Unfortuantely, he won't be alive much longer. (Consult the link in my info for information regarding my civil war.)
4. General Jack Valkare
http://67.18.37.15/237/117/upload/p640690.jpg
Worth:
Where's the Money? Military hero, business giant, and now a politician, General Jack "Lionheart" Valkare is rather wealthy in his own right. While incredibly rich due to his business tact and military career, General Valkare assumed command of the planet of Esthar VIII after it's President was killed recently. Running an entire planet does nothing to harm your net worth.
5. Dr. Julian Rane
http://67.18.37.15/237/117/upload/p654531.jpg
Worth:
Where's the Money? Dr. Rane is an Attorney, but more importantly the Orion representative to the Order of the Seraphim. Like the others, he too accells in the business world, making much of his money from amazing investments, most specifically in Keccer Inc., Bivens Inc., and Sejanus Mercedes-Benz. Needless to say, the financial genious got quite wealthy. Those are the three richest corporations in the Sector.
1. Sultan Sinjin Lefkowitz al-Din
Worth: As of this posting, 120 trillion USD cash available. As the Sultanate includes direct ownership of 51% of everything in Vastiva and her colonies, real net worth would be much higher... but why bother.
Receives directly all tax and other revenues of Vastiva; approximately 3% of the net revenue is retained, of which at least one-third is unspent yearly.

Roania...taking into account my nation's vast economical superiority when compared to the United States (Imperial Credit to Dollar), some of my numbers would almost seem unreasonable and astonishing when compared to other nation's wealthy people. Some of my wealthiest citizens are quite possibly worth more than some nations.
Dracuncula
14-11-2004, 03:30
All of the money in Dracuncula is in the hands of the Council of the Undead. (These Undead don't suck blood, they suck money from the pockets of the Bushwazie!) Their estimated wealth in 1832 was 700,000 ounces of gold and 13 million ounces of silver. This is the last year in which any one attempted to count the wealth of the Undead. He was hanged. From a battlement of the Palace in Krankheit. From October to December. Until his body plunged into Krankheit Gorge. His head remained on display for several weeks into 1833 until it also plunged into the Gorge.
Because Dracuncula has banned Corporations (the Undead don't think anybody or anything should be immortal but themselves) and the economy is based on a sophisticated system of barter, nobody else has any money. Fortunately, taxes are very reasonable. The average peasant family doesn't pay any.
Dracuncala is among the world's richest nations, however, because it is a tax haven for multinationals that wish to evade taxes legally instead of employing the usual methods. (It should be noted that none of these corporations exist legally in Dracuncula--just their mailboxes do. But there is a very thorough 1,312 page Postal Code regulating the use of mailboxes.)
A list of these corporations is not available as its publication would lead to lawsuits. Lawsuits are interminable, and therefore illegal in Dracuncula, because as noted, the Undead are jealous of the exclusivity of their immortality.
Name: Robert Fortier
Wealth: 3.2trillion USD (Taking into acount the strength of the IC over the USD. In IC, hes just pushing a trillion, like, 1.4)
Where's the Money?
If asked that question, he'd respond with his signature smirk, and reply, "In my pocket." Meaning, the 3.2trillion is really his accesable cash. He gets the money the way most of the upper class in Imitora do-Military pension. However, unlike the low level milionairs that work off that, he also recieved a smart sum from his three year term as Imitora's first speaker. Further, as the premire position of Imitora's 'Master Ambasador', he continues to recieve money for little expendatures.
Owning 49.9% of Imitora's largest corporation, UMAC, also aides in his recieval os expendable funds. However, that is only his expendable stocks. He further holds stock in companies such as Imitora's Shinseki Aerospace, Weyland Heavy Industries, and a further nonspending member of the smaller 1% in UMAC. In all, is both expendable and nonexpendable stocks are counted, he is worth more in the 5-6 trillion range.
Finally, like many Imitoran's, Fortier has taken to the small buisness world, as owner of the Automotive Speciality Shop 'Northampton Import Performance Automotive.' Fortier used his skills as the First Speaker of Imitora to help him in running a succseful buisness. It has grown from a small shop in Northampton, to the third largest non military buisness in Imitora. However, Fortier does not act like a rich man.
"I'm just a normal guy with lots of money," he said in a recent interview. "Sure, I drive a BMW, but I dont have someone drive me around in a Bently. I dont live in a massive house, or have a bunch of trophy wives. Its not me, I'm not like that."
Fortier, who recently turned 38, wants to make clear that he just has money, and thats it. "Yeah, the money is great, but its not everything. Sometimes ya just need something else." Fortier is the most eligible bachlor in Imitora, and has made it clear that, five years after his late wife's death, he is ready to get back in the market. Although nothing serious is known, he has been seen on unofficial buisness with the likes of Anna Fratelli, Imitora's current First Speaker, and another as of yet unidentified woman. Fratelli, however, denies accusations that there is something going on.
"He's a great guy, and I love him to death, but more like a brother, or a very close friend. He helps me out a lot with my job, and I appriciate it." However, an unnamed source inside the Fratelli administration has made us wonder how close of friends these two are. Reports were leaked to us that Fortier has made several late night visits to the First Speaker's Mansion, Fratelli continues to deny everything. "I'm just as free as he is," she said in a recent interview.
