World Cup: Universe
Intro:
World Cup: Universe is a new, and intricate, design for team competition on the global scale. Ultimate World Cup will consist of 15 team competitions that nations around the world will compete in. Each competition will involved a differnt team. Each competitions holds a differnt point value.
Competitions:
Basketball(5 man) 3 points
Soccer(5 man) 3 points
Soccer(7 man) 5 points
Football(American) 10 points
Crew(3 man) 2 points
Crew(5 man) 5 points
Crew(10 man) 10 points
Lacrosse(5 man) 5 points
Lacrosse(10 man) 7 points
Hockey(3 man) 5 points
Hockey(5 man) 7 points
Volleyball(doubles) 10 points
Cross-Country(7 man)* 7 points

Competition Descriptions:
*- Cross-Country is just like normal cross-country. It is a 5k run (3.1-3.2 miles) over multiple terrains. Although, the team of 7 men must stay within 20 meters of first man on the team to last man on the team. At the last 800 meters, the team may spread without restrictions.
%- Rollerball is simple. It is just like ice hockey but each goal is 2 points, and it is played with 3 person teams. One goalie and two field players(Power, and Weak). The field is an oval bowl. Players have same equipment as hockey, but full body suits and full face helmets. There can be one sub per team. The surface is not ice, but rather a composite metal. The players use high-performance roller blades. There are three periods of 20 minutes each.
@- Cycling is just like Cross-Country, but it it a 50K bicycle race. The last 8K the team can spread out without restrictions. The racing surface however is city streets and country roads, it is all paved terrain.
Volleyball- It is played on sand in an open air stadium. It is also a Co-ed event. Either two males, a male and female, or two females.
All other sports are as is currently.
Scoring and ladder
For the first UWC, all scores will be done by random.org. Each team will play the other in its division. There will be four divisions of four nations. Once all the qualifying games/matches/meets have been finished, the top two teams from every division will advance into conference play. There are a total of four teams in conference play. Once every team has finished their competitions, the top two teams from conference move on to the UWC Semi-finals. Where all four teams will face off. The top two will then face off one and final time to decide the UWC Championship.
The points are used for total nation team points. At the end, the nation with the most points gets to either host the next UWC, or pick where it will be hosted from a list of nations that wish to host it.
Each day three new competitions, by the 5th day all competitions will be started.
Role Play
This is the most vital part. To have success you need to RP. You can either do one bigger brief summary over every event you participate in, or do a long individual for certain events you want to do good in. By doing a good RP you can have your score raised 25%, that can determine a win or a lose.
