Three gargantuan ships moved along gracefully through the system. The bright hole shutting behind them. A Populous numbering greater than 500 Million living collectively aboard all three ships. They had come in search of help... in search of a Nation that could make their Defence initiatives fiction. For Muballativir and the two sister ships were unable to produce capital and light capital vessels. They had collected a vast amount of scavaged hulls and what not, but lacked the necessary tools to perform the tasks needed. They even had blueprints for the ships they required... ranging from a Heavy Cruiser to a Frigate. A fighter craft would also be needed of course... The Muballatvians hoped someone in this system could possibly assist them.

"Interesting..." Commander Dave Stroupe looked down at the console and wondered. "You say that there's five hundred million people crammed into those three ships?" The sensor officer nodded and Stroupe rubbed his chin. "Far from anywhere, nowhere to go..."

He went over to the communications console. "This is Commander David Stroup of the ANS Conrad... May we be of assistance?"

"Greetings Commander David Stroup. I am Gomrah, of Muballatvir. We require ports and harbours and construction facilities. Can you provide these? We understand people in this part of the Universe operate with monetary devices.. we have compiled much of these credits upon our salvaging."

Stroup's eyes almost clicked into place as he thumbed the communications console. "Money is not the problem... Space is. There are no uninhabited planets or enough space on the inhabited ones. We can provide the resources for building entire civilisations. The problem is where to put that population."

Gomrah sighed... space wasn't the problem.
"We do not require space. We require shipbuilding. We are quite content aboard our World Ships. Atlantis has offered us a world to which we can call home, but the path is dangerous and long. We require military vessels of our own."

Stroup bit his lip. "You do realise, of course, that shipbuilding is difficult. We are willing to build the designs for you, but it may be expensive..."

"Not an issue my... Friend. We have enough credits to pay for the designs. We will send you some of the blueprints over now. We thank you for your assistance."
