How can i create a new region?

This belongs elsewhere... Gameplay perhaps?
Anyway...
1 Click on your region link on the left.
2 Click "Move (nation name) to another region"
3 Then click the "Create new region"
4 Put in the new region name and click okay or submit
Note that the actual names and words may vary a bit.
