OOC: A bit of fluid time here; although I only completed it this morning, this is set some six months into the new regime of the Austar Union.

For the most part, the large gathering of press were quite anxious for what was to happen. Six months had already passed since Indigo had taken his place as Fuhrer of the Nationalist Republic. Many changes had been made within the nation to suit such a large difference between the previous democracy which the country once had, and to the dictatorship which now resided in the Austar Union. In general, it was a much better system considering the nation had already begun to do much better economically. Indigo had made the state virtually as right-wing as possible, and privitization of state run facilities had commenced almost as soon as he gained his new position as a world leader.

Not only had the nation become much more capitalist, but Indigo had also implemented some of the more nessasary tools to formulate a successful dictatorship. One of these were the secret police, otherwise known as the Brigata Nazionalista Di Sicurezza (English Translation: Nationalist Security Brigade), or the B.N.S. for short. They were responsible for the monitering of all internal proceedings, and have already been suspected of the dissapearence of several people throughout society. Emplaced at the head of the B.N.S. could be found a man by the name of Marthico Zylux, and he was rumoured to be incredibly harsh toward those around him.

Flags of the old regime had also been taken down, and new flags to represent the Union were now put up. Basically when truly considered, the Austar Union was a new nation, although foriegn concerns and attitudes had not particularly changed too much. All the allies were still held, and the enemies; of which there were few were also retained. Much the same though, under the new regime of Indigo Blue, the Austar Union was a new country. And it was Indigo who was to introduce it to the world;

"Man, Women, and Gentiles from across the universe. Let me be honored to introduce myself as the first, and only Fuhrer of the Nationalist Repubblica of Austar Union.", he began, waving his hand in a quick and swift fashion. Continuing, he didnt wait for the crowd to finish the applause, rather expecting it to finish for him; "The nation is quite different as you will learn in the next few years from our general proceedings, but rest assured this means no difference to our general foriegn policy. The only changes will be that we will become much, much more active in what we want to achieve."

Once again, he paused and allowed that information to sink in. Nations of the world would have already learnt much about the new regime, so it wasnt exactly nessasary to explain everything. Still, he found it needed that he thank those who inspired him, "I would like to thank those who inspired me to take action in my dreams of a non-democratic Austar Union; particularly Dread Lady Nathicana, Treznor, Gehenna Tartacus, and Iraqstan in particular. Perhaps I can learn more off you all in future, even those who I have not officially recognised."

The gathering erupted into some small applause as Indigo turned to leave the room, and the photographers were careful to catch the military dress he was wearing. It appeared that he liked to wear this style of clothing, for he had served in the Austarian Military when he was in his younger ages. And as the screen faded to black, a small flag was displayed directly in the centre, which would soon become the trademark of the Austar Union.

Jeruselem Government News

Acting head of state Cardinal Augustus Brown of Jeruselem who is filling in for both the Queen of Jeruselem and her husband the Regent could not be contacted today about the Nationalist Socialist government in Austar Union, an ally of Jeruselem. The Queen is in the Divine Imperium of Roania for the wedding for her relative the Tzar Daniel.

A spokesman for Cardinal read out the following statement "While it appears the government of the Austar Union is heading towards the Iesus Christi model of government, this will not change the Jeruselem - AU relationship for the future unless future events dictate a change in foreign policy."

Some pundits have noticed the decrease in the staffing levels of the Jeruselem embassy in AU, notibly the absense of Jewish staff who have gone home. The government says they went home for religious reasons and will back at work later.

Another pundit has noticed the Jeruselem government has reduced the amount of any information about it's Jewish citizens or infact any non-public information to the new AU government after it took over "I think the relationship has iced over a little with the new government starting to resemble a historically unpopular German government who attacked Christians and Jews. I suspect a slow diplomatic withdrawal is occuring."

The goverment's own statistics show military trade between the countries has slowly been cut back and diverted to Roania instead in a "strategic" rebalancing of priorities.

The Czar looked up at those present. "This is an interesting change."

"Yes, it is," Yuri Golovko, the Minister of State Security said. "I'm wondering why. I'm not liking it one bit, really."

"This could also hurt relations," Count Franz von Papen, the Foreign Minister, stated. "You do usually not give credence to facist states. Also, your allowance of many democratic, and even communist States to be allies may not go over well"

"That is just too damn bad," the Czar said. "Personally, though, I think this will work out well to the Reformation."

"True," Golovko responded. "But should Austar become closer with us, he may go over our head. The current government could actually be a hinderance to the Reformation."

"I agree partially with this," Papen said to the Czar. "Although he may go over our head, it is unlikely. Most people in the Empire will side with the Emperor and yourself. I believe the Emperor saw to that."

"Good point, Franz," the Czar said. He then turned to Golovko. "Keep an eye on things. Prepare an anylist on whether this helps, hurts, or is nutural to the Reformation."

"As you wish."

"Thank you."
