Hello, I'd like help getting endorsed so I can make two separate UN proposals.
The first proposal is the the Region of "New York City" in Nationstates be walled off and turned into a massive maximum security prison; indeed, the maximum security prison in Nationstates, as the supermax prisons of all other nations can be dumped there. This way, no other countries will ever have to support their own maximum security prisons again, and it will greatly increase the revenue of all nations (making capitalists happy) and it is also a conveniant way of disposing of policial prisoners (making more hardline-governments happy).
My second proposal that I need endorsement for is for the United Nations to divert funds for the creation of a Foundation, which will preserve all nationstates scientific knowledge; hopefully to survive any periods of nationstates instability and worldwars, or at least drastically shortening the post-war recovery period.
The current Alliances and powerblocs will one day tear nationstates apart; this will lead to a period of general anarchy. If the United Nations diverts funding the establishment of an independent Foundation, to preserve all Scientific knowledge, this can be averted. This Foundation must be created in a very isolated Region, which (when created) will be named "Terminus" for its extreme isolation. The Foundation will be the only nation allowed to exist in the Terminus Region. However to remain politically aloof for the time being it will not be allowed a UN Delegate (one nation having a UN Delagate would be disproportionate power). It would be required to cease to exist if it ever left the UN, however if the UN ceased to exist first it would continue to exist after the UN's dissolution. The Foundation, although without a delegate, would be able to act as an observer in the UN, and to make UN proposals.
