Act One - A Seed Is Born And Harvested
As always, the lecture theatre had been particularly filled to the brim with students making their greatest attempts to gain knowledge of the systems around them, whilst at the same time they tried to look as interested as possible. It was not compulsory to attend each and every lecture, but reading out of the textbook made passing the course basically impossible. With attendance came the assistance of study notes, and perhaps the occasional freak resourse the speaker would give; hence the reason students would sit patiently through the boring speeches given.
Not only that, but when the government had made the desision to privatize the nation's universities, fees had jumped to levels which made attending seem at least worthwhile. Not one person would fail, even if the reason was that they pushed themselves because they didnt have the money to re-enrol. Nevertheless, Indigo was one such student, and with his textbook open to the relevant page, he took notes quickly. Indigo was one of the few who found Mr. Hanley's lectures interesting. Of course, the young adult had also gained himself a great interest in the political systems of the world.
Quite possibly, he had the most different name in Anatoba City where he resided, and with a full name of Indigo Blue, one could not beg to differ in opinion. Often he would ponder why his parents named him after a colour, but more so his mind was plauged with his dreams and plans for the future. For now, he was studying intently about the systems already around the world. With the knowledge backing him in future, he would have the ability to lead others toward his term as a political leader, perhaps even as President. Indigo certainly dreamed rather large, but then as the old proverbial sayings said, "One must dream large, to achieve little...". Perhaps they were true, or perhaps they were not. The young man who had been named differently however seemed to believe in it, for he had adopted the saying as his own.
Not one person could dream of the future which God had prepared for Indigo; perhaps it was too great a destiny for man to fathom. And yet still, it remained existant, and still, it remained unfurfilled...
