Vilnix Pompolnius looked around the new stadium proudly. A stadium for his home team, River-Rise Rovers. He himself was the manager of the Sanctaphrax U21 side, who were entering their first U21 World cup soon.

It was a beautiful, modern structure with all the modern equipment and facilities. Earlier he'd broadcast this message on international TV and now it was time to see who responded.

To celebrate this beautiful stadiums opening, we are holding a training camp for anyone, from any country, provided they be between the ages of 14-18. Any nation will be allowed to send people to this 2 week long camp, and we know that they will learn a lot from it. Thank you, and we hope to see members of your youth soon here soon.
