Based on your hosting bid, how many teams need to be involved? Mine has 24 or 32 being involved. The cup starts when I close signups and get host votes from the FHWCC (that means you've got my vote, or I abstain)
Kaze Progressa

*giggles at TnUI*

The Progressans, with no such 'handicap', enter the eleventh Cup.

24, 4 groups, each to a stadium with 6 teams a group. We could however have 8 groups, 2 per stadium 5 teams each, reaching 40. So between 24 or 40, depending on demand. Currently looking like 24 I think.

Dice are so old fashioned. I close my eyes and randomly pick the nation off a piece of paper I have of each nation! [j/k]

They are bidding to host the World Cup, which means they'll generate the scores, and generally run the thing.

It means lots of crazy work for them, and we can all cry 'Fixed!' if one of them win the World Cup ;)
