Dear Duke Oberhausen,
I’d like to invite you to a diplomatic summit in the capital city of my Earth territory, Bryn Shander.
At this summit, we would discuss the future of the former United States/Federation Territory of Allanea. As you know, many nations would like to see Allanea sunk into the sea, never to rise again. Furthermore, many also feel that Greater Prussia is not doing enough to keep Allanea in check. This summit would help to alleviate the concerns of many people.
