The The People's Republic of Gianevan is an emerging new democracy and would like to take this opportunity to greet and welcome and discussion proposed by any of our neighbors regarding a betterment of our international relationship.
It is Gianevans belief that having close allys with everyone is the only way to creating a peaceful utopian world and would like to take this opportunity to ask for UN endorsements so as to better position ourselves for a more expedient emergence into the world market.
We the representatives and people of Gianevan consider everyone an ally and close friend and would more than gladly reciprocate and endorsements or signs of comradary given to us by our fellow nations.
Thank you for this opportunity to speak with you, we look forward to a happy and prosperous relationship with all of our fellow humans.
