Hi everyone, I'm kinda new to all this but my nation wanted to make you benefit of our great social welfare.

Since we, in Cloudstone, care a lot about our people, we're already making everything in our power to search for cures, medical solutions and palliative efficient ways to combat the great health menaces of this world.

We're actually investing a lot in Medicorp, our research health facility but since we're a young nation, we don't have a lot of money.

Saying this, we would like to associate ourselves to a nation willing to take a risk on us. A risk that will probaably end up in a great partnership.

We are very interested in establishing ties with a nation dedicated to the healing arts, as most nations are more interested in making patients than curing them. Accordingly, we have arranged to wire you some start-up capital, so that Medicorp can get the best equipment from the outset. This is not a loan, or an investment: it is a gift, to a nation that wants something better for the universe. We have set aside $1.5 Billion USD for the Medicorp project, and the first half will be wired today.
