Changing Commands in the Army

Just Yesterday, Otto von Bismarck, the Supreme Commander of the General Staff, announced that command offices in the Army branch will have a drastic change.

Imperial Marschall Fredierick von Hindenburg will continue to keep his office as Commander in Chief of the Army, but that is all that stays the same.

As Commander of the First Corps of the Imperial Army, the most powerful and largest of the Corps, General Sir Arthur Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington, will be promoted to Field Marschall and be placed in command of the First Corps. With his sucess in Operation: Vittoria in pushing back the French troops (OOC: Yeah, a real challenge ;)), von Bismarck offered the promotion.

First Regiment of the First Corps is commanded by General Jean-Baptiste Solignac. Served as Commander of the French Troops in the massive excercise Operation: Vittoria, but lost by a mere fraction. over all an excellent General, but topped off by Field Marschall Wellington.

The Second Regiment will be commmanded by General Alexander Campbell. Not too much information has been given out about this General -- Special Ops rumors have been spread, but the General Staff denies the ligitimacy of the claim.

Fourth Regiment will be put in the hands of General Sebastien LePrestre de Vauban. Another French General that rose in the Prussian Ranks, he fought as a capitan during the Hogsweat conflict.

Finally, Fifth Regiment is put in charge of General Sir David Baird. All known information is that he was a Seargent Major in the Hutu War, and was deployed behind enemy lines in the ex-nation of Cayo.

Commander of the Second Corps of the Imperial Army will go to Field Marschall Auguste Marmont, the Duke of Raguse. Data on him was not released by the General Staff, so it is assumed he was mostly a clandestine operations General.

Commander of the Third Corps will go to Field Marschall Jean-Baptiste Drouet D’Erlon. Use to command the First Regiment of the First Corps, saw action in Hutu and Hogsweat as a Brigadier General. Participated in the Communist Uprising Putdown in Moscow, Derscon as Erwin Rommel's Second in Command, and took over the First Regiment of the First Corps after Erwin Rommel's death, which has still not yet been confirmed my the Crown.

(OOC: I don't have enough General names to fill in for 2nd and 3rd Corps. Also, not too much vetrans because I've only been in two wars -- Hutu and Hogsweat.)
