To: Premier Nicole Kurchatov
From: Führer Carlos Quil'raya
Regarding: Possible relations

Premier Nicole Kurchatov,

It is with the greatest honour and respect that I write to you this fine day. It has come to my attention the basic similarities our two nations enjoy, an iron grip of control over the populace with which we ensure national security and a thriving sovreigncy. We also enjoy a proud tradition of militarism that is second to none and powerful against all other forces.

Your prosecution of war against Syskeyia has impressed me immensly and shown to me the error of my ways by not extending the hand of diplomacy to your proud and powerful nation before now. You have shown to me that ignorance is never blissful and now I wish to express to you my deepest apologies for looking over such a glorious nation as yours.

In fact I write to you now, with an offer of discussion between our two proud nations, a unifying of sides so to speak, bringing our two nations closer to a unified and diplomatic relationship. You have much that Iraqstan is envious of and I will not dishonour you with lies and say I am not interested in procuring some of your military hardware for use in the Iraqstani military and operations based upon subduing the masses of Um Lizaa.

It would honour me greatly if you would deem it worthy of your time to meet with me, to discuss a bonding of trust between our two nations, either through diplomatic lanes or monetary ladders by the purchase of military equipment used by your own glorious forces. I feel that with our two nations on friendly terms with each other and not unaware of the other's presence will be a cause for celebration in our two dominions.

An alliance of our two peoples would cause the less than privelaged nations of the world think twice about contemplating a move to engage in hostilities against us.I sincearly hope that you take the time to read this letter and reply with positive remarks and a mind towards meeting with me in a setting of your choice when it is conveniant for you.

I feel we have much in the way of relations to discuss and perhaps we will find more common factors that make us comrades in arms against the unenlightened and verminous of masses. I await your response eaglerly.

Sincearly
Carlos Quil'raya - Führer of the National Socialist Union of Iraqstan.
Council member of the Non-Democratic Alliance and proud supporter of the Eurusean campaign against Syskeyia.

Sitting back in his chair Carlos looks over the letter freshly written and smiles, before attaching his signature to the bottom of the letter and folding it neatly and gently in half and slipping it into the envelope bound for Eurusea. Pressing the comm switch in the middle of his desk he calls his secretary in who appears at the door her arm saluting the proper way.

"Yes mein führer?" She asks quickly, her eyes spotting the envelope held in Carlos' hand. "Take this and see that it is delivered directly to the People's Republic of Eurusea." He says quietly as the woman takes the letter and rushes out the door, her feet taking her directly to the office of Intelligence Minister Muhammed-Saeed-Al-Sahaf. "Yes yes woman, I will see to it that the letter is delivered gloriously!" He exclaims taking the letter and handing it over to one of his dedicated intel agents used for ferrying confidential documents.

A few days pass and the letter is sent, it's destination the office of Premier Kurchatov it's intent the opening dialogue of a diplomatic relationship between two powerful nations....

Border detention / orientation facility, Eurusea

Faye smiled a little at the Iraqstani messenger, clicking on the intercom, 'Won't be much longer in there, lad. S'just procedure, nothin' against yer good self.'

The messenger still looked uncomfortable behind the foot of armoured glass, hazmat-clad soldiers checking him over cautiously with every non-invasive method at the facility's disposal. The letter still lay in the immaculate white analyser, having been likewise checked; X-rays, emissions tests, even an MRA scan for reasons which escaped Faye.

The Commissar in his black armoured rad-suit tapped the glass, raising his hand to his earpiece, 'Clean, Comrade-Director' crackling through the intercom.

Faye nodded, 'Then be a gentleman and give the poor fella his clothes back. Poor bugger looks pretty cold there.'

She smiled brightly as the messenger finally exited the quarantine, 'Me apologies over all this, Mister Schindler, but y'must forgive us a lil' security when the Premier's involved.' She gestured to the troops around the booth, 'See to it that our guest is escorted to Chopinburg in a manner befittin' a diplomat.' She pulled one Commissar back, 'And keep a close watch there. If y' fuck up there will be hell t' pay.'

Nicole sat at her desk, petting the kitten in her lap with one hand as she read through the letter carefully. She folded it up and slipped it into her desk draw, smiling. As always, when she spoke her voice was soft and calm, 'Does your Führer have any stipulations regarding the location or manner of this meeting, Mr. Schindler?'

Shuddering through the entire process Heinrich Schindler reminds himself of the rewards he will recieve for bringing this message to it's intended recipient. A little indignity now will mean an eternity of respect tomorrow. He thinks as the procedures continue.

Smiling weakly at the person behind the glass he nods and gratefully accepts his clothes before following the people out...

Sitting infront of the Premier Heinrich covered his shock at the leader being female and picks at his pants. Intel never does brief people properly. He thinks quickly before clearing his throat and responding. "Nein madame Premier, he is comfortable in meeting where ever you feel is right for such an occasion. He is comfortable in trusting that treachery is far from either of your two great minds." He whispers softly, some what intimidated by the woman before him.

"How ever he does request that a small unit of guards come with him as procedure, the führer has many enemies and his advisors refuse to let him go anywhere without protection ever since the last attempt to assasinate him was foiled." He adds sitting back in his chair and returning his expression to that of a nervous one.

Nicole nodded, 'Security is a valid concern for any leader, no matter how just their rule. It is a dangerous world we live in, after all. I have no problem with a unit of your nation's fine soldiers accompanying your Führer.' She paused, thinking for a moment, 'May I suggest the Army base here in Chopinburg as a location? I'm sure the Führer would enjoy touring the base prior to any negotiations, and security will hardly be an issue inside an army base...'

She set her kitten down on the table, 'If there are no problems, I will instruct the base to be ready to recieve his party whenever is most convenient.'

Smiling softly Heinrich uncrosses his legs and coughs lightly into his hand. "With your permission, madame premier, I would like the chance to rest, and inform my führer of your acceptance. I dare say that in the next day or two he will be here, eager to meet such a powerful lady as yourself."

Bowing in his seat Heinrich leans back, waiting to be dismissed or shown to a place where he can contact his leader, his mind already racing along the thought of rewards for such an honourable event.
