Today the second in command in the People's Republic of Cerongrad, Zin Kazama, have opened a telecom through the world for both citizens and different head of states to ask questions about Cerongrad and it's citizens and culture.

We regret that Polkovnik Edoard Ivanov, First Commander of the PRC couldn't arrive, but he is in an international Socialist Conference (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=361651) and could not parcipitate in the matter at hand.

OOC: The "Ask a..." thing is more confined to General, I think, which is likely why you aren't getting any replies. The fad hasn't caught on over here, thankfully.

That, and there isn't a lot we want to know about a Sept 04 nation, to be honest.

OoC: Well, my nation is only a sep '04 nation, but it is a territory of a jun '03 nation, just that this nation is my most active nation nowadays.
