Please excuse our ... ignorence, but how does that work? Surely you need some type of control for the brigands and such that threaten to overthrough your nation?

We deter our criminals, both with paid rehabilitation, and our large armed forces divisions. Most criminals end up working in the uranium mines, for 50 dollars a week, and confined to supervised housing.
