Greetings ladies and gentlemen, following our recent move to the Aperin region, the council of domestic development has been hard at working on a plan to develop the Nomadic League. After a weeklong conference a long-term plan has been drafted to bring the Nomadic League out of poverty.

Firstly, all major business will be run by the government, this is not to have total control over people but to allow money to be evenly distributed to everyone. The government will collect raw resources and distributed at a set price and a set quality, again this will stop the rich from having more and better quality food than others.

The plan currently has 5 stages that will progressively improve the economy and living conditions. (Values in red are current figures)

STAGE 1:
Increase GDP per capita to $500 - $290
Have 50% permanent access to clean water - 33%
Have 80% access to adequate food - 65%
20% population in urban areas - 14%
Establish mining sector - Seeking export
80% Literacy - 82%

STAGE 2:
Increase GDP per capita to $1000 -
75% permanent access to clean water -
85% access to adequate food -
25% population in urban areas -
Further establishment of mining sector -
Establish processing for mining -
100% Literacy -

STAGE 3 through 5 will be released later
Comment are welcome

SeOCC is committed to helping the Nomadic League reach these goals, and invites Minister Woznica to meet with Vice Minister of Economics Kilfrey in order to discuss what goods the Nomadic League will need so that such needs can be entered into SeOCC's coming five year plan.

We'd be happy to donate money and technical help to your water supply program.

First on the agenda is the construction on water catchments, dams and pipelines.

Currently water supplies come only from flowing rivers and this is not going a good job at providing water. What we plan to do is dam some rivers (Following environmental impact analysis) then pipe this water to other areas. This should provide a large boost to the water available both in the short and long terms as technology improves the system can easily be upgraded along the way.

An added benefit is that this will open up more land to farming helping to ease the food shortage.

Financing of this program will be through the 1.5Billion we have received in international aid

We, the government of Jeruselem offer assistance to the Nomadic League in it's quest to improve it's water supply infrastructure. As a desert nation, water is not plentyful and rivers cannot provide enough supply.

The local inland sea is heavily salt-laden and not much good for clean water. To overcome this, we have developed solar powered salt extraction technology for water and employed this to ease the burden on our only river. We are happy to allow you to use this technology to help the people of your nation.

The costs of this program were offset by selling the salt produced to other nations.

God bless

We offer a $1 billion aid package and technical expertise with the goal of providing water supply to 99% of residents. This will include a geological survey team to find possible groundwater sources

In addition, construction materials will also be donated free if you proceed with the dam project, as well as a team of structural engineers. We're more than happy to help our fellow IFTA members and look forward to a long lasting friendship between our nations.

We have looked at building desalination but the cost of this is too large and it require too much power. While it will provide us with ample water we feel that the system will only become an option later on.

Construction has began on the first dam that will create a giant artifical lake in the centre of our country. We have studied the impact and it will not cause any significant environmental damage. More information will be released later.

After searching for possible mining sites 2 possible sources have come up, Uranium and Mineral sands. We are studing the possibilty of mining both and will make a decision later.

Great news. We have selected a suitable place to construct a new dam and use it to provide a source of water. The dam will be specially built to allow it be be retro fitted with hydroelectical equipment later on. Water will be allowed to pass through the dam into pipes that then provide water to large areas of the country.

Mining of mineral sands will begin as soon as we receive export permission.
