"Due to critical injuries sustained in a terrorist attack on his Royal Airship, His Royal Majesty King Wasterin X of the Grand Kingdom of Aerion has been placed within suspended animation by his doctors. It was reported that the King was "unresponsive, and comatose." It is also rumored the King still required life support, and had severe burns upon his body. It is reported the Royal Doctor will be working with specialists, and several biomedical corporations to determine what may be done for the King. However, for now, the Royal Doctor felt that it is best this course of action be taken. The office of the Lord High Chancellor, interim Royal Regent reported that they too had spoken with the Royal Doctor to determine the best course of action, and they were in agreement. It is reported the Privy Council is in an "uproar" over this action, with the Ministers and Nine Great Officers of State, and other Privy Councillors being divided on the issue. However, they seem firmly united behind the Lord High Chancellor, who it is assumed will soon be appointed Royal Regent on a permanent basis. It is reported that 50 suspected members of the APLA have been executed following the King's death, as responsibility for the terrorist attack has been claimed by the Aerion People's Liberation Army, an Aerion insurgent organization."
