Dear Nations of the World,
The Manalis are all about doing your own thing, chillin' with Margaritas on the beach at all hours, freedoms of all kinds - but finally the devil in the details has been unleashed on our unsuspecting Utopians. SPANDEX.
Nudity is a freedom, spandex is an eye sore. We are at odds with what exactly to do about it.
On one hand people can no longer stand the visual-terrorism of spandex-clad "sportsman" parading around offices, shopping malls, and hospitals (among other places) in spandex pants under the completely absurd pretense that they will break into a sprint at any given moment and require the added aerodynamic-ness of spandex. What they are really doing is laughing at the free-spirited nudity movement and offending the sensibilities of people with full spectrum color vision. Fusia and Chartruse should never be combined.
However, as the sanctuary of liberal anti-commercialpigcarpetbaggers, we are concerned about the little people that would truly suffer from banning spandex in Manali. By 'little people' I don't mean the "olive smuggling" spandex-bandits or the Little People formerly known as midgets, I mean the Spandex Workers of Manali. They work for mere Chachings, but is it right to destroy an entire indsutry? We think... not so much.
Oh scrupulous and conscientious nations of the world alike - please give us guidance. Are we truly alone in this? :rolleyes:
