Lately, a craze that started in the lower east side slums of the capital city has taken the nation...Baby Eating. Thanks to recently unearthed ancient religous texts, we now have multiple ways to remove our population excess thanks to the latest acts passed by UN.
Now what does this have to do with you? We're running low on babies. We have lots of uranium (that we're not supposed to know about). Therefore, we will trade uranium for live HUMAN babies. Empty your slums and fill your reactors!
