LATIN UNION READY TO SEND OUT AND RECEIVE DIPLOMATS, AMBASSADORS
CUIABÁ, CENTRAL PROVINCE - In a press conference held earlier this evening in the Capitol Building, Minister of Foreign Relations Mario Salazar announced that the Latin Union is ready to send out its diplomats and ambassadors to any nation willing to open formal relations with the Union. He has also announced that the general infrastructure of his Ministry is ready to handle any incoming diplomats or ambassadors. Several dozen buildings in Cuiabá, particularly near the Capitol Building, have been either built or refurbished to house incoming envoys. Salazar emphasized that envoys from neighboring South American nations will be given housing closer to the Capitol than nations from farther away.
Any nation willing to have formal diplomatic relations with the Latin Union is asked to telegram the Ministry of Foreign Relations and inform them of the type of envoy they will be sending: a simple diplomat or an ambassador. Diplomats will be housed in a general office building near the Ministry of Foreign Relations, and they and their staff will be allowed to keep personal living arrangements within the city of Cuiabá. Full ambassadorial missions will be housed in any of the dozens of new or refurbished buildings within the city limits temporarily possessed by the government for this purpose. The address of the new embassy will be supplied by the Ministry upon move-in. It is requested that the supplying nation give the name of their diplomat / ambassador for record-keeping purposes.
All nations that supply diplomatic envoys to the Latin Union will likewise receive an envoy from the Union on the same level as they supplied. It is requested by the Ministry of Foreign Relations that all host nations supply the address of the new embassy for record-keeping purposes. The Ministry will likewise supply the name of the envoy they have sent.
It is to be noted that the above process will apply for any nation the Union seeks relations with, and for any nation that seeks relations with the Union, from this day forward. Minister Salazar said at the conference, "I hope the international community will send plenty of envoys our way."
President Pedro Marquez was unavailable for direct comment, as he was attending a general review of military equipment in Cáceres, but Presidential Spokesman Agusto Trujillo said of the announcement, "Our growing nation needs to become more involved with its neighbors and powers abroad. I hope this move will strengthen the Union's links with other South American nations and the world, and help make us a more important player in the grand scheme of things."

Bump.
The Empire of Treznor will be pleased to send an envoy to investigate the possibility of formal relations with the Latin Union. We are curious to learn what is being offered and requested in return. We will then be able to negotiate a proper guideline for relations and perhaps establish a permanent presence.

The empire of Numeriador would like to open a full scale embassy in the Latin Union. As ambassador we would like to supply the great Baron Djurisic. Baron Djurisic is 37 years of age. He spend his early years in the Royal Artillery and later in the Secret Police. He is a staunch anti-republican, his loyalty to the royal family make him the ideal diplomat in the view of the Numeriadorian officials. May the relations between the Latin Union and the Empire of Numeriador be long and prosperous. The Baron will arrive as soon as the compound is ready to be occupied by Numeriadorian staff. He will bring a small unit of guards with him to protect Numeriadorian property.

Splendit! The Baron will stay in the most expensive hotels of the Latin Union (please take care that he will not get assassinated, he is not to popular amongst the refugees) until the compound is ready. The Czar will come personally to open the Embassy as soon as it is ready.

The Republic of Skinny87 would like to exchange embassies with your glorious nation in the hope of bettering relations between our two nations. To your country we send Terrance Fielding, a 34 year old Diplomatic Attache who has been studying the history of your country and wishes to learn more about your culture.
If this is acceptable to you, the Embassy at number 24 Dowland Square has been reserved for your nation to create an Embassy in our nation.

The Latin Union welcomes Mr. Fielding with open arms. An old hotel at 328 Via Consociatio has recently been acquired by the government, and is available for you to demolish or renovate as you see fit for the purpose of building an embassy at its location. In return, we will gladly send Ambassador Bonifacio Mendoça and his team of 43, along with 12 soldiers for guard duties, to occupy the property at 24 Dowland Square. Mendoça is a former cabinet official from what is now Pax province in our nation, and he has been in our diplomatic corps awaiting a chance to increase relations with another nation, and learn of their culture. He is 62 years old and enjoys golf and hunting. May we inquire what the name of your capital city is?
