Our schools are more inclinded to host lectures and course work in the sciences than in the fine arts concedering our nations focus on our space program and the International Fleet - maybe we can balance things out by financing our students who are more inclind to what you taylor to.

We are willing to invest 21 million dolars a year to your institutes of higher learning if you will entertain international students from our nation and region.

Das Protoss Reich would also like to donate some obscene fortune to the Mosul University to form an officer candidate school from which any good military could recruit potential new officers for further instruction, be it for land based warfare(army), surface naval warfare, or aerial combat, defense(air force). We are willing to fund fully this department for the first five years of it's existance.

Luna 1:

We will most certainly welcome students from your nation and region as long as they pass usual entry exam which all students regardless of where they are from. We only want the brightest and most gifted as you can understand. Your investment would be most appreciated currently we have 3000 spaces reserved for international candidates specifically.

Das Protoss Reich:

Though your offer is very generous we must sadly decline it. Our reason for doing so being that we want to maintain our university as strictly specialising in the broad fields of History and Medicine.
