Dictatorship as a form of Government

Dictatorship, it has quite a negative perception in todays world. But it is not necessarily negative. Most when thinking of dictatorship think of Hitler, think of Mussolini, Sztálin and so forth... But that is not necessarily what dictatorship is about. Dictatorship means there is no bickering by members of parliaments or a house of commons etc... like in so called "democratic" nations, but it means something gets done. It is advisable for there to be assistants or ministers to aid in decisions since one cannot know everything, but the overall decision is with the dictator. Look at south korea, it was led by a general who could be considered a dictator, he built highways, factories, created jobs, and today a nation that is among the top 20 economies of the world.
For dictatorship to work there must be a free market economy, since there has to be a strong economic and tax base to make such a government work. As well there needs to be strict controls on teh masses. one should realise the masses are stupid, people are stupid, and people need to be controlled, like animals. People will cry that this is an attack against freedom, firstly people in different nations percieve freedom differently, secondly no one in the enjoys absolute free, and thirdly if absolute freedom did exist it was just be entropy and no order which in its self would limit freedom (hence absolute freedom is not possible, or atleast not sustainable).
People also need to be controlled, with laws and police, and military. As well military service is a good idea as it builds pride for ones nation, and one has a nation that has atleast had some sort of physical hardship and charachter building event in their life.
Education is also exceedingly important, the most important government controlled activity. It teaches people morals, how to behave in society, it is afterall ones first major social activity. Also it is key to developing an intelligent society, and I believe that a education system such as in socialist hungary, was ideal, with it being very intense, also with there being many different types of schools focussing on childrens best abilities.
For such an education system tight, dictatorship, control of a nation is needed for in a "democratic" state these things would be inhumane, hence why people in "democratic" state are getting more and more stupid, disgustingly so, as time progresses, because education cannot survive in a "free" and "democratic" society.

I want you, to post your ideas on dictatorship, and on other forms of government which you feel are ideal for friendly and a somewhat intellectual conversation. I expect for there to be disaggreements with my view, and I except for me to disagree with others, but maybe we can learn something from each other!
