Region up for grabs: 'The land of Cha' is open for invaders to do with as they see fit. I'm curious to see what happens, and just how quickly a person can lose controll of thier region.
Keep it as a pupet region, dispand it, eject anyone in it...or let it flourish? It's up to the stongest military.
