As above, how do I send a telegram? It's the only thing I can't find. I really need to know so I can send dailey an application to join the TBA, so how do I do it? Please?

From your nation screen (the one which lists your economy, civil rights, political freedoms...) click the world on the left of the screen, scroll down to find nation, put in the nations name and click the button. That brings you to that nations screen. scroll down and there will be the telegram box.
