After years of hiding in the wilderness from having been driven underground by the world, we the Taliban are finally emerging from our caves and are establishing a Islamic Government in Kandahar.
We have reformed our ways and wish to open relations with other nations.
We no longer support terrorism or aggression against other nations.
We only seek peaceful relations and freedom of trade. And we wish for all foriegn troops to please leave our nation in peace.

Why should we believe that you've changed - what made you change you mind about terrorism as a weapon of choice against non-muslims?

Our people are of a breed quite used to trading and making alliances with people that others may not have faith in. We trust you enough to trade with you- depending on the goods you have to offer.

Jeruselem is sending the Islamic Cleric, Sheik Al Nadir, to verify your claims you have changed your international policies. He will interview senior government officials and the nation's Holy leaders to ascertain how this new policy will work and if it is going to work.
Sheik Al Nadir is head of the moderate Islamic clergy in Jeruselem and represents the views of the moderate Moslems.

You are a filthy, vile human being. It matters not what you promise you will do now, for you have ALREADY aided and abetted terrorism...something my fellow leaders seem to be forgetting. You are a warcriminal, and have also committed crimes against humanity, this alone removes any authority you might have. You have oppressed millions and made your country a Prison. You mainted the same philosophy and cold, evil approach to every issue since you have been in power.
