The council meeting began, and Lavido rose to his full height, surveying the vast assortment of races in the hall with his calculating, cold eyes. "We are here because of Movodors order that we construct something as a fitting tribute to the great lord Bahlahai, 'the one we serve'. The hall erupts in voices as the council members all voice their opinion at once, eager to be the one that is credited with the tribute. "Calm yourself down collegues, Bahlahai will accept all of your tribute, but we must come up with a unified project if if we ever hope to impress the great one in the slightest."After many vicious arguements, a workable solution is reached. A great city shall be built, with great towers that reach into the sky, and many statues of our lord himself, and in the streets, many posters extolling the virtues of following being a follower of Bahlahai, and in the homes, books and various media all showing the victorious warrior side of the great one. In space a great military station will be built, that shall hold many of the newly created 'Bahlahai-Lanara', or fighters of Bahlahai. It shall have powerful shields, and impregnable armour, and it will constantly broadcast a message to the other faithful, that they should never give up, never faulter in their quest to please their lord. "Go and see that this is done, so that the world shall bask in the glory of our master. Of course, people can add their own tribute to this attempt, for Bahlahai is never satisfied."
